Key Responsibilities: As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead the business in delivering our delectable Asian street food menu and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities include:

1. Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and lead your team to provide outstanding service, maintain high standards, and keep spirits high.
2. Customer Experience: Ensure a consistently brilliant customer experience by promoting sales and increasing profitability, all while upholding high standards of food quality and service.
3. Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain operational standards, including food safety measures, waste controls, labour controls, and cleanliness.
4. Hands-On Approach: Lead by example, rolling up your sleeves to assist with food preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers.
5. Financial Management: Manage and monitor the restaurant's financial performance, working towards achieving targets and ensuring cost control.

Experience:

• Previous restaurant management experience is highly preferred, especially in a busy restaurant environment.
