What it’s like to be a part of the Skyline family
Every recruitment agency gives people targets to hit. It’s important to do this in the right way - To motivate and not to add more pressure for the sake of it. Therefore we do not set expectations for the number of calls you make or the number of CV’s you send. We understand that everyone goes through highs and lows in recruitment, no matter how experienced you are. We will support you in a constructive way to make sure you’re reaching your potential.
We have offices in Segensworth, but there’s no mandatory requirement to be in the office five days a week. Most of the team work from home most of the time. That said, we do like everyone to come in once in a while, even if it’s Friday lunch and a couple of drinks.
We don’t have set working hours and give our hardworking team Friday afternoons off. Some of our team like an early start / finish, while some like to take a longer lunch break to visit the gym or walk the dog etc. It’s important to have a healthy work / life balance. At Skyline, there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach.
Our standard annual leave is 25 days plus bank holidays. This increases by one day for every year that you work. We also offer one “duvet day” per year for that one day that you wake up and just don’t want to get out of bed…so kick back, get Netflix on, and chill.
It always seems like a long way away, but it’s never too early to plan for life after work. Skyline offer a matched contribution of 4% of your annual salary towards your pension.
We offer private healthcare with AXA to all employees after working with us for 6 months. This is an enhanced plan that also gives money back on eye tests and dental treatments.
Enjoy £50 on us for your birthday. Go for a meal, buy yourself something nice, whatever you like. Just send over the receipt and we’ll give it back to you.
We meet up monthly for lunch and a couple of drinks on a Friday, and the other events we always do are the horse races once a year, and a Christmas party. Other than that it’s a little impromptu – the occasional night out or a whole team international trip away.
