Reactive Works Supervisor
Skyline Construction is looking to recruit a Reactive Works Assistant Manager to join the business in Croydon, Greater London. The appropriate candidate must hold experience within the field stated.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· You will be responsible visiting site to assess the required works following a quote request received from our clients
· Produce quotes for small works generally ranging from £1-10k
· You will be responsible for scheduling and seeing works through to completion
· You will be responsible for quality checking the works
· You will be responsible for all Health and safety requirements
The Candidate will:
· Have a can do/ will do attitude
· Become a reliable and trusted member of the Contract Services Team and be constantly searching for improvements
· Understand the implications to the business if procedures/policies are not being followed
· Have the ability to build strong relations with all stakeholders
· Effective time management and prioritization of workload to ensure that deadlines are met
